Traditions.... that is what the Fortuna family had in mind when they opened Wholey Ravioli ristorante in Galt five years ago. "We are preserving a family tradition since 1945 of serving wholesome, old-world recipes." explains David Fortuna, who with his wife Patrice and son Franco, designed and operate this restaurant in the Galt Plaza. Walk through a stone archway to a little bit of Italy. A four-tier fountain, paned windows, striped awnings and massive stone columns create an Italian piazza. Enjoy espresso, wine or beer at the antique hammered brass bar.
